Jenny Devereux

Jenny Devereux was born in 1945. She has no formal art training and is a self taught painter and printmaker. She now runs a busy printmaking studio in the south west of England. Her favoured subjects are predominantly still life and floral imagery. Jenny often uses fresh flowers from her farmhouse garden placing them in patterned vases and pots. She then works from her composition creating etchings directly onto copper plates. The fine delicate Japanese paper; which Jenny always uses for her prints is put through the printing press to form the initial printed image. She then hand colours each print ensuring that each one is unique. Jenny has been successfully exhibiting with CCA Galleries for almost 10 years with shows throughout the UK and around the world including several shows in Japan.
